![]() ![]() Survivors include her husband, Johnnie Fleck of Rodney, Iowa children, Angella (Jeff Peterson) DeVries, and Alisha Fleck grandchildren, Shauna (Tony) Berry, Tanner (Mikayla Lansink) DeVries, and Josef Walker great-grandchildren, Tucker Berry, and baby girl Berry due in August mother, Lottie Pierce sister, Charlotte Bell brother, Keith (Elizabeth) Pearson brother-in-law, Jeffrey Fleck two sisters-in-law, Linda Bellon, and Belva (Ron) Mustard and many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. She was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. Joanne was a member of the First Christian Church in Onawa. She was very proud of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. ![]() Joanne was a very enthusiastic grandma and great-grandma. Joanne was a member of the gun club and enjoyed practice shooting. She made lots of baby quilts and quilts for her children and grandchildren. Joanne wrote several Western short stories for magazines and a children’s book that was published. ![]() She enjoyed quilting, sewing, gardening, traveling, fishing, horses, and crafts. Joanne worked for Gary Taylor as a Secretary/Bookkeeper for many years and later retired from there. They had two daughters, Angella and Alisha. Joanne and Johnnie Joe Fleck were united into marriage Augin Onawa, Iowa. Joanne graduated from Onawa High School in 1974. Joanne Ouida was born Main Sioux City, Iowa, the daughter of Donald Pearson, Sr. Arrangements are under the direction of Goslar Funeral Home and Monuments, Onawa, Iowa. Per Joanne’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Fleck, 67, of Rodney, Iowa passed away Wednesday, Maat MercyOne Siouxland Medical Center, Sioux City, Iowa. ![]()
